💼 Tell us a bit about your role at Integense.
"I’m the test engineer for AT01, a device power supply chip for ATE applications."
🚀 What excites you most about working here?
"Integense management is fully committed, from identifying opportunities and securing funding to designing and bringing products to market. It’s exciting to be part of that full journey."
🏆 Share a recent project or achievement you’re proud of.
"I led the effort to bring testing for AT01 in-house. It's a highly complex product that would be difficult for a contract test house to bring up. Being involved early in the product lifecycle allows me to have a test program ready as soon as silicon arrives."
🔍 What’s something unique about your role?
"A good test engineer gets to know a product from the inside out. I’m in a unique position to bring up a new device on wafer and deliver valuable data to designers weeks before anyone else has access to it."
🌟 Fun fact about Albert!
He’s a proud grandpa to eight, with three living right in his backyard in a custom-built ADU. Talk about the ultimate neighbor setup!
🏞️ What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
"I enjoy gardening, building LEGO sets, and spending time with my grandkids. Outside of work, I volunteer with Teen Challenge, which helps women and families overcome addiction, and I support the Milpitas Chamber of Commerce."
💡 Any advice for someone starting their career at Integense?
"Find people with traits or skills you admire. Get to know them beyond just work. Soon enough, you’ll notice yourself picking up their habits and ways of thinking."
