Kicking things off, we’re featuring David Touney, Director of Program Management. From keeping complex projects on track to bridging technical and organizational needs, David plays a key role in turning ideas into reality. Let’s get to know him!
💼 Tell us a bit about your role at Integense.
"I lead program management at Integense, overseeing development programs, managing schedules, priorities, and ensuring that all teams stay on track. My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly across various projects, bridging technical and organizational needs to keep progress moving forward."

"It’s a perfect mix of cutting-edge technology and working with brilliant, creative people. The challenges and the dynamic team atmosphere keep me excited every day!"

"What sets us apart is the depth of experience within the team. Unlike many startups, we have a mix of seasoned professionals, which drives efficiency, focus, and quick execution. It’s the perfect balance of agility and expertise."
🏆 Can you share a recent project or achievement you’re proud of?
"I’m excited about the progress we’re making with our isolation product line. We’re gearing up for our first customer silicon, and it’s a huge milestone for us. Getting a product out the door that has great potential is always rewarding."
🔍 What’s something unique about your role that others might not know?
"As a program manager, I often find myself solving problems that aren’t immediately obvious. I anticipate issues before they escalate and ensure all the pieces of the puzzle fit together across teams."
🏞️ What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
"I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, and tackling home renovations. Recently, I’ve even been diving into archery with my daughter, which has been a lot of fun."
💡Any advice for someone starting their career at Integense?
"Be curious and embrace learning! At Integense, getting exposure to all aspects of the company is key to understanding how things work. The knowledge you can gain from experienced colleagues is invaluable, so take every opportunity to learn from them."
