“I’m focused on corporate performance improvement. I lead teams to develop, measure, and improve across a wide scope of activities, including quality and environmental objectives, IP development, and customer satisfaction.”

“The ability to make significant contributions to the direction of the company, the way we do things, and to see results firsthand.”

🏆 Share a recent project or achievement you’re proud of.
“We recently undertook our initial ISO 9001/14001 quality and environmental audits and are recommended for certification. It was a cross-functional effort, and I’m incredibly proud of the team for hitting this milestone without any major or minor non-conformities.”
🔍 What’s something unique about your role?
“The ability to see across a broad scope of activities provides insight into common problems and allows sharing of approaches and learning across disciplines.”
🏞️ What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I enjoy skiing, hiking, and biking with my family, along with all kinds of water activities like snorkeling, paddleboarding, and boating.”
💡 Any advice for someone starting their career at Integense?
“Ask lots of questions and learn as much as possible.”

He’s a fan of wind-powered adventures—sailing, windsurfing, wing foiling—and yes, he’s been told to go fly a kite!
